is a green liquid concentrate used for magnetic particle inspection in a water system. Ultra-violet light may be used to further highlight defect indications in either a well-lit or darkened area.

Mi-Glow WCP ® White Contrast Paint

is a specially formulated white contrast paint used to create a consistent background on the component surface in a visible magnetic particle inspection scenario. When dry, the white contrast paint is resistant to the wet method baths used for inspection, but is easily removed from the demagnetized component surface with acetone.

MI-GLOW UW #528 was designed for use for a variety of underwater inspections, including offshore structural welds, pipeline inspection, and ship husbandry. Its unique design of being a finer, lighter particle, allow it to remain in suspension better and enhance finer defects. MI-GLOW UW #528 is a combination of water conditioners and fluorescent magnetic particles.

CircleSol M

is a solvent specifically designed for use in magnetic particle inspection. Its high clarity, low fluorescence, and no odor combination make it ideal for use as a carrier media in a variety of applications.

Corrosion Inhibitor 7

When it is necessary to supplement a water bath MPI unit with additional corrosion protection, Corrosion Inhibitor 7 is available as an additive that can be used to boost the corrosion inhibition properties of the MPI bath.

The Type 2000 Magnetic Stripe Card (MSC) is a tool for instantly evaluating the performance of magnetic particle inspection (MPI) materials. The magnetic stripe of the Type 2000 MSC contains two encoded tracks. The upper track is labeled from 0 to 10 (X) when read from left to right. The lower track is a mirror image of the upper track and is labeled from 10 (X) to 0 when read from left to right.

TYPE A AND TYPE B MAGNETIC STRIPE CARDS

are simple tools that assist in evaluating the sensitivity of wet-method and dry-method magnetic particle inspection (MPI) materials. The stripe on each card contains a standardized pattern of magnetic lines across the length of the stripe. Particles are attracted to these lines and form visual indications. The cards act as a test piece and supplement the ASTM D-96 settling tube, Ketos ring and other tests for MPI materials.
